Aside from the well-documented changes that all that sugar has on your weight, your brain may be one of the biggest casualties. A diet high in sugar interferes with a number of neurological processes, like those involved in memory making. What we have come to consider a normal diet can influence crucial the way our brains produce. Fast food meals, social events, and even the habits we have created while at work, all of which commonly include more sugar consumption, keep our bodies in a constant state of decreased brain functioning. Feel Tired During The Day Getting the right amount of naptime during the day can energize you, but too much can work against you. Experts suggest getting less than 30 minutes of naptime to prevent your body from going into deeper stages of sleep. For some, it’s hard to limit a nap to that short a period, and that could be a sign of something serious. Excessive intake of food Too much sugar will interrupt the brain absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition of the brain and may interfere negatively in the brain growth.

Break Them! The habits we develop over time can work against us. Reevaluate the things you do in your everyday life. Sometimes, the little things you change for yourself can make the biggest differences.
