The Program serves responders and survivors from the following 9/11 disaster locations: Did you… • work • volunteer • live • or attend school …at or near the World Trade Center? • Lower Manhattan (south of Canal Street) • Ground Zero • Staten Island Landfill • Chief Medical Examiner’s Office • the NYC barge loading piers • the Pentagon in Arlington, VA • the crash site in Shanksville, PA
Who is a Responder? Emergency Services & Clean-Up Social Service Staff & Volunteers Workers from Recovery or Clean-up Contractors, such as: Fire Department Asbestos Workers Transportation Workers Electrical Workers Police Officers Sanitation Workers Health workers and volunteers assisting with rescue and recovery, such as: Crisis Counselors/Case Managers/Social Workers Faith-based volunteers National Volunteer Organization members (i.e. VOADs, Red Cross) Physicians/Nurses
Do you think you have any of these symptoms related to 9/11? o Coughing o Wheezing o Anxiety o Depression o Stomach problems o Shortness of breath o Sinus congestion o Other symptoms At no out-of-pocket cost, the World Trade Center Health Program provides health care to adults and children who were residents, students, workers, and passersby who may be sick from 9/11.

You may be eligible for free and confidential medical services with the WTC Health Program: o Health Monitoring o Medical and Mental Health Treatment o Benefits Counseling The World Trade Center Health Program has expert health care providers dedicated to improving the health of 9/11 workers and volunteers
