1. At times employees don’t report to their managers when they are harassed in the workplace. This can happen for a number of reasons:  The victim believes that if he or she reports the harasser, the repercussions will be devastating  The victims feel that they would be blamed or punished for reporting  The victim felt that he or she was responsible for the workplace harassment; their own attitude or actions provoked the harasser
