Customer Quotes “ Since taking Mission Control, I’ve had a 100% increase in productivity. I now have control over my work and I’m working on the things that truly make a difference for my company. It’s priceless.” Debbie Hyde-Duby, President, Pearle VisionCare, Inc. “ Since I took the workshop nearly a year ago, I’ve doubled my productivity. This increase comes not only from implementing the system but also from the clarity and peace of mind I now have. The most profound change has been the way that clarity impacts how I do my job. It’s incredible.” Marty Millington, Senior Human Resources Manager, Toshiba America “ During the eight weeks after taking Mission Control, I lost 10 pounds, generate two major new clients, tripled my sales for the quarter, and discovered new ways of being with my wife and son to create greater intimacy between us. Of all the tools and practices I use in my life, nothing is more powerful than Mission Control for transforming the quality of my life.” Michael Alexander, Principal, Alexander & Associates “ I'm a single parent, working full time – so juggling work, home and my social life placed me on a treadmill that left me unfulfilled, drained and powerless. I could not see how else to live my life. Taking this course showed me that there was another way to live and work. I am now relaxed, confident and in control.” Norman Vasquez, Human Resources Consultant and Contract Negotiator, PSE&G "When I signed up for the workshop, I was only about 10% of the way to meeting my sales quota for the quarter. I was skeptical that the workshop could help, but willing to try it. Not only did I meet my quota, I produced $40,000 of additional income in two months. This course is incredible!" The Mission Control System ™

Example Client Story #2 Mid-sized Window and Door Manufacturer (Open-enrollment program) Background Several employees in the marketing group of this company took a public workshop from Mission Control and were able to apply what they learned to improve their individual and collective results. They recommended a pilot program for a cross-section of employees at the company to see if the results they achieved could be leveraged for the entire company. Forty-one people from across the company participated. Challenge This company was already profitable and well managed, yet the management had a sense that the company could perform even better – and in doing so could potentially increase revenue and reduce expenses.

Background

Several employees in the marketing group of this company took a public workshop from Mission Control and were able to apply what they learned to improve their individual and collective results. They recommended a pilot program for a cross-section of employees at the company to see if the results they achieved could be leveraged for the entire company. Forty-one people from across the company participated.

Challenge

This company was already profitable and well managed, yet the management had a sense that the company could perform even better – and in doing so could potentially increase revenue and reduce expenses.

Example Client Story #2 Solution The forty-one employees participated in the Mission Control Productivity & Accomplishment Workshop, which trains them in a new paradigm of managing their work so that productivity replaces activity, fulfilling aspirations replaces ticking off the "to do" checkboxes, and a sense of real life balance replaces the stress of managing both work and personal commitments. Results The following results are taken from areas for potential productivity improvement identified prior to the pilot workshop and actual reporting on those areas from the workshop participants eight weeks after the pilot workshop.

Results

The following results are taken from areas for potential productivity improvement identified prior to the pilot workshop and actual reporting on those areas from the workshop participants eight weeks after the pilot workshop.

Example Client Story #2 Participants reported saving or “recovering” an average of 2½ hours per week . Given the number of participants, this equates to a savings of over 106 hours per week and well over 5,000 hours annually. “ I know that what I am working on fits into the scheme of priorities and importance for my boss and the organization” o Pre-survey 55% responded often while on the post-survey 90% reported often. “ When I attend a meeting I am clear about what I want to accomplish by attending.” o Pre-survey 39% reported often/always and post survey 75% reported often/always. “ I currently have the following number of e-mails in my Inbox:” o Before the workshop 16% reported less than 20 after the workshop 55% reported less than 20. “ If you look in my schedule you will see that I have specific times scheduled for working on the things I have to do that day.” o Prior to the workshop 13% reported often/always after the workshop 60% reported often/always. “ I simply have too much to do and not enough time in which to do it.” o Before the workshop 26% reported always after the workshop 0% reported always.
