1.What is energy? Anything that moves or changes use energy. We can´t see or touch energy, but we can see its effecs. There are different forms of energy.
Motion energy skiers use motion energy to glide over snow.
Light energy Plants use light energy to make food.
Electrical energy Computers use electrical energy to work.
Nuclear energy Power stations use nuclear energy to generate electricity.
Heat energy Bakers use heat energy to make bread.
