What is energy?

1.What is energy? Anything that moves or changes use energy. We can´t see or touch energy, but we can see its effecs. There are different forms of energy.   

Motion energy  skiers use motion energy to glide over snow.

Light energy Plants use light energy to make food. 

Electrical energy  Computers use electrical energy to work.

Nuclear energy Power stations use nuclear energy to generate electricity. 

Heat energy  Bakers use heat energy to make bread.

Chemical energy We use chemical energy to move around. 
