On the Weight Watchers flex system, you get a daily allowance of points to eat. Each food is assigned a points value based upon it's calories, fat, and dietary fiber. You can eat any food you like as long as you stay within your points number. For example, I get 25 points a day, and if I eat an egg for breakfeast(2 points), and then for lunch have a turkey sandwhich(5points), I would still have 18 points left for the entire day.
