Adobe Connect is a web conferencing tool – or tool for webinars  Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate)  Webex  GoToMeeting  BigBlueButton - free  Google Hangouts –free,must join Google+

Examples of use:  Cheaper than face-to-face meetings  Can present to a group from far away  Other participants need no software, no affiliation with the university  International  Project use  Teaching – distance learning, blended  Online conferences

How to do it:  Ask ITHelp for a connect account  Always use headphones with mic  Always plug in first, go into browser, then do Meeting – Audio Setup Wizard  One mic at a time  Email participants in advance with short instructions  Ask ITHelp for help on the day
