Visual Storytelling: A Creative Approach Ali Anani, PhD
If you don’t have a story to grab attention most likely you are ﬁghting a losing battle
It is easier to interest people with the story of your product than using beneﬁt charts and statistics tables
Storytelling fuels hearts and warms up interest, if done properly
But how to grab the attention?
The story must have a conﬂict. The more intense the conﬂict is, the more interesting your story is
Conﬂict is a struggle between two opposing forces
Both internal and external conﬂicts are essential elements of a storyline.
It is vital for a storytelling to introduce and build up conﬂict in order to reach a story goal. Consistency builds trust A storyteller must gain the trust of his/ her readers

What is pH? pH is a scale measuring the acidity and alkalinity of a product An acidic personality is generally critical, hostile, or easily offended. The scale goes from zero (strongly acidic) to 14 (strongly alkaline), 7 being neutral. It belongs to the acidic part of the PH scale
