Step One: Determine your talents 1. What did you discover about your personality? That it’s shaped by a number of experiences throughout my life. 2. What did your personality radar tell you about your professional personality? It told me that I have areas that I’m strong in and areas that I may need to improve in. 3. What are your motivations as a professional? I’m mostly motivated by Philanthropy-I’m interested by the prospect of relating a humanitarian cause of a social aim to my assignments, Security- I don’t always seek security in my work even if I prefer to avoid taking risks, I have need for relations with others even if I’m capable of progressing alone, and I would like to receive a high income even if money is not an objective. 4. What are your motivational factors? 5. What motivates you to work? 6. What doesn’t motivate you? I’m least motivated by the idea of joining a reputable company or holding a prestigious position, a need of variety- I like to focus on one main activity at a time, and I have a need to belong. I like to belong to groups or networks. I’m aware of their importance but they are not a major concern to me. 7. What are your main four talents according to your Talent ID? I’m proactive, shows willingness 89%, I’m outgoing, likes sharing his/her work 77%, I’m Diplomatic, enjoys interacting with others 75%, and Enterprising, triggers innovations 74%. I’m patient and rely on my long term vision to reach my targets. I also have a strong work ethic and excel during periods of intense activity. 8. What are your areas for improvement? I could benefit from identifying and dealing with sources of stress to perform better under pressure. Step Two: Develop a brand mantra 1. “I know I’m in my element when my creativity and instincts takes over and I’m able to carefully analyze an assignment or situation that leads to a beneficial outcome. “

People comment on my ability to bring my own opinions to a conversation. “Ambitious is he who sees his dreams manifest into a reality.” Step Three: Conduct primary research/audience analysis Lifestyle- What’s likable and special about them? What does a walk in their shoes look like? Where do they hang out (in life and on the Web)? On the web Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pintrest What’s their lifestyle like? Values- What’s important to them? How do they spend their time and money? What are their priorities? What unites them or incites them? Knowledge- What do they already know about your topic? What sources do they get their knowledge from? What biases do they have (good or bad)? Influence- Who or what influences their behavior? What experiences have influenced their thoughts? How do they make decisions? Motivation and Desire- What do they need or desire? What is lacking in their lives? What gets them out of bed and turns their crank? Respect- How do they give and receive respect?

What can you do to make them feel respected? Guidance- What insights and knowledge will help them navigate their journey? Confidence- How can you bolster their confidence so they aren’t reluctant? Tools- What tools, skills, or magical gifts do they gain from you on their journey? Shared Experiences- What from your past do you have in common: memories, historical events, interests? Common Goals- Where are you headed in the future? What types of outcomes are mutually desired? Qualifications- Why are you uniquely qualified to be their guide? What similar journey have you gone on with a positive outcome?
