slide 1: Vegetable quesadilla A quesadila is a tortilla usually a corn tortilla but also sometimes made with a wheat tortilla which is filled with cheese and vegetables then grilled. Other items such as a savoury mixture of spices are often added then they are cooked on a griddle. Halves are a single tortilla filled with cheese and folded into a half-moon shape. Ingredients: – 1 tbsp butter – 1 tbsp olive oil -1/2 tsp chopped garlic – 1/2 cup chopped broccoli -1/4 cup sliced mushrooms -1/2 cup corn -1 cup chopped bell peppers all -1 tsp oregano – 1/2 tsp mixed herbs -1/2 tsp peprika powder -3-4 tbsp schezwan sauce -2 tsp tomato ketcup – salt as per taste -1 cup mozrella and processed cheese -Tortilla 4-5 Procedure: 1. Heat the pan over medium heat and put oil and butter. 2. Add chopped garlics and all vegetables. 3. Fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes. 4. Add saltoreganomixed herbs peprika powder schezwan sauce tomato sauce and sprinkle some water. 5. Mix all very well. 6. Take tortilla and place the mixture over one half of the tortilla . 7. Sprinkle handfull of cheese over it. 8. Fold the tortilla covering the mixture into a half moon shape. 9. Place this on the hot grill pan and brush little butter over it. 10.
