If you would like to attend please contact Jo Doughty(j.p.doughty@shu.ac.uk) If this is during clinical placement please seek the agreement of your PDF and use your study time, although the sessions are only an hour you can use the rest of the time to complete study on site if you wish. 1. Also gave me some ideas regarding researching literature material for my dissertation” This seminar session will give participants an insight into the potential role of ultrasound imaging and spectroscopy in monitoring patient response to chemotherapy in patients diagnosed with locally advanced breast cancer. Topic: Multiparametric monitoring of chemotherapy response in breast tumours Speaker: William T. 2. William Tran William Tran is a Radiation Therapist and research associate at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, in Toronto Canada. He is currently completing his PhD at Sheffield Hallam University in Clinical Sciences at the Centre for Health and Social Care Research, specializing in locally advanced breast cancer. His primary research involves studying ultrasound and optical spectroscopy to understand tumour response to chemotherapies.
