On the other hand, CDMA subscribers base fell at a rate of about 5.82% since December 2012 to reach a total of 198.6 million at the end of December 2013.  Total mobile user base in urban areas has decreased from 577.78 million at end of November 2012 to 523.8 million at the end of November 2013, a fall of about 9.3%; whereas share of rural subscribers has increased from 343.69 million in November’12 to 357.33 million in November’13, a 3.96% rise. 5

Eyewear Devices Recon Jet sports sunglasses Google glass Developing a line of hands-free, headmounted intelligent devices that can be worn by users as "wearable computing" eyewear. Google Glasses will look like a pair of normal eyeglasses, but the lens of the glasses will be an interactive, smartphone-like display, with natural language voice command support as well as Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Google Glass will be powered by the Android mobile operating system and is expected to offer compatibility with both Androidpowered mobile devices and Apple iOS-powered devices. An upgraded technology that's been fixed to a pair of polarized sports sunglasses. The Jet's onboard GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, thermometer, altimeter and barometer together can put together a lot of information, but it can also pair with other wireless sensors to report heart rate, power meters and cadence for cyclists. Goggle makers such as Oakley, Uvex, Scott, Smith, and many others have integrated HUD (heads-up display) that can give the snowboarder or skier information about speed, vertical descent, navigation, buddy tracking, jump airtime and distance, thanks to GPS and other sensors. Samsung Galaxy Glass ?? Samsung is reportedly all set to face Google Glass with its own Galaxy Glass, which is said to arrive in the month of September this year. The eyewear is said to be able to play music and receive phone calls through earphones built into its frame. It is also said to give hands-free control over the smartphone.
