What is it? ➔ The grapefruit diet is based on the idea that grapefruit as an enzyme in it that helps burn fat. This diet is also known as the Hollywood diet. The origin of this diet fad is unknown. This method is simple; eat foods with high cholesterol and high-fat content along with grapefruit. Eating grapefruit could help fill a stomach and is considered a lowcarbohydrate diet.

What is it? (Con't) ➔ The length of the routine is said to be about 10 to 12 days with taking a couple days of inbetween. Do note that although grapefruit is great for your health and will help the digestion process, it may not be wise to consume if you are on any medication that will cause conflict with grapefruit as a whole or in the form or juice or other similar products with grapefruit in it.
