Aim: Easing European-wide academic research… The e-Competitions Project concentrates on national European competition laws, not EU law. Why ? There is today no reliable source of information on these texts and decisons: The official Europa website has less than 100 cases, and only Courts’ decisions Texts and decisions can be found only in their original language with no English commentary or translation. The e-Competitions Project is to date the sole remedy to the scarcity of ressources on national European competition texts and decisions. It provides: Comments in English of texts and decisions of both national Courts and NCAs Original text of the decisions A search engine on a dedicated website. 2. Contents: 780 texts and cases…:  2. Contents: 780 texts and cases… New texts and decisions (since 2004) - Anticompetitive Practices - Unilateral Practices - State Aids - Procedures - Mergers (since 2007) - Regulations (since 2007) Research programs Damages Decisions (1995-2007) State Aids: Art. 88.3 EC Decisions (1989-2007) Criminal Competitions decisions (2001-2007) National decisions implementing ECJ Preliminary rulings (in process) Contents:  Contents As of 19 September 2007: The data base contains more than 780 articles (+ original cases and texts) 32 European States covered 517 authors 11 Academic Partners 13 Corporate Partners 12 000 visits per month Total of 697 183 visits. 3. The Authors network:  3. The Authors network The e-Competitions Authors Network is a mix composed of leading academics, PhD students, CFI référendaires, private practitioners and economists. e-Competitions is a Web 2.0 project as authors are both the main providers and users of the website.
