With a portfolio of market ready software products, Telenity enables operators to unleash and monetize their network assets, and to personalize the services that they offer. Telenity’s revenue generating solutions include messaging products such as SMSC, MMSC, USSD Service Center; innovative VAS such as personalized call completion, next generation voice mail, workforce/ family tracker and location based services; partner management system, location middleware, mobile marketing platform and M2M service enablement solution, which are consolidated on Telenity’s cost effective, easy to deploy, easy to operate, home grown and field proven CanVAS® environment. Company Mission In today’s market, telecom network operators need to be more agile to stay competitive. They aim to increase their Average Revenue per User (ARPU) and lower their Operational Expenses (OpEx) at the same time. To achieve these two challenging goals, telecom operators are looking for ways to offer innovative services to subscribers in a timely manner and to increase their operational efficiency through cost effective technologies. Telenity’s mission is to deliver results for its telecom operator customers with a complete set of solutions that allow them to: • Improve their operational efficiency with a complete platform that offers consolidated provisioning, configuration, reporting, OA&M and shared licensing running on a virtualized hardware environment • Open access to network capabilities by third parties in a controlled fashion and improve partner collaboration to enable development of new innovative services and service mashups • Increase return on next generation mobile services and data as customers move around and across different device types and connection speeds
Markets & Locations Target Market The worldwide mobile subscriber base has witnessed significant growth in recent years, and is expected to reach 8.5 billion mark by end of 2016. With voice ARPU levels declining globally, data services and value added services (VAS) are increasingly becoming an important component of operators’ revenue models. Analysts forecast global mobile data revenues to reach 358 Billion USD by 2018. In global telecom markets, ARPU and total revenues for data are expected to surpass those of voice services by 2018. VAS such as location-based services, mobile entertainment, mobile marketing SMS, MMS and USSD, and mobile payments are expected to contribute significantly to the overall revenue generated from data services in the next five years. Competition from Internet service providers, the Web 2.0 phenomenon, and the convergence of telecommunications, media and mobile Internet open up a wide spectrum of new market opportunities. Technology is driven by these changes and consumer demands. Service delivery solutions, location middleware, and M2M connectivity become essential not only in enabling the long-tail services but also for launching operator branded VAS quickly and with ease, and opening up networks for mobile marketing and M2M partners. In this rapidly growing market, Telenity provides its solutions to three types of communication service providers: • Wireless Network Operators • Wireline Network Operators • Mobile Virtual Networks Locations The company was founded in year 2000 with headquarters in Connecticut, USA.
