CanVAS® VoiceMail™ CanVAS® VoiceMail™ provides a state-of-the-art messaging platform that helps wireless and wireline network operators improve customer satisfaction and create additional revenue sources. Benefits Voice Mail Users Allows the definition of different class of users. It is possible to create different user types like Subscriber and Temporary user with different set of features. Message Box Provides mailboxes to subscribers. Messages for each subscriber are stored in his/her own mailbox for retrieval. Service providers can configure the size of these message boxes to fit their business models. Access Methods Provides access for message storage, retrieval and mailbox management from multiple media sources. Product Overview CanVAS VoiceMail provides a robust telco-grade messaging solution that offers revenue generating opportunities and improved customer satisfaction. The modular and flexible architecture of CanVAS VoiceMail with its open and standard interfaces minimize the cost associated with new service development and integration in the carrier network. CanVAS VoiceMail offers ondemand scalability to address business growth. CanVAS VoiceMail includes a rich feature set that encourages service penetration and ensures on-going subscriber satisfaction, thereby increasing carrier ARPU and reducing subscriber churn. The mailbox support guarantees message safety. Users can receive immediate notification of all incoming messages and can retrieve them using multiple access points. Carriers can also protect and enhance call completion revenues by adding multimedia messaging features. They can also create new revenue streams by extending the existing voice mail service and by adding new CanVAS products that can raise the usage and enjoyment in the whole messaging experience.
