Team Scorecard assists organizations to measure & manage the moods, attitudes, efforts, and behaviors present so that your efforts are maximized.

Show me The $$$ If an activity is counter-productive it is moving the company away from its “target”. Thus, resources are being spent to go in the wrong direction.

Research indicates that counter-productive behaviors cost an organization twice . Once because it is not taking the organization towards its goals, and a 2 nd time because it is taking it away from its goals.

The Scorecard examines 4 Elements of an organization The Hierarchy of Organizational Needs®

Communication Communication is the foundation for all other elements within the organization. Lack of effective communication is seen as the primary concern by a majority of those surveyed.

Trust The level of trust directly impacts the ability of the organization to move forward to achieve new levels of excellence.

Alignment This element examines how well the entire team is working toward a common vision of the future.

Productivity This element examines how well the organization utilizes the team’s resources to continuously improve every aspect of its operations.

Based on those 4 scores, an Overall Effectiveness score is derived

The Desired Environment This graph depicts how the team would like for the culture to be. It is used as a way to get the team in alignment to work toward a common goal.

The Current Environment As the name indicates, this graph depicts how the team sees the organization at the present time. This is used as a means to demonstrate that everyone has a role in creating the culture. It is also utilized to show cause and effect.
