Intensive Business Review Workshop • Focuses on all the key areas essential to every successful business. • I stimulate your thinking and ideas in each area. • You identify the development needs in each area. • You identify your priorities. • You develop and Action Plan to ensure you improve the areas identified. • I mentor you through the plan on an agreed basis.
We develop an integrated Business Plan covering: • Financial projections to check the cash flow and profitability implications. • Sales and marketing plan to achieve your projected sales and margins. • Delivery/Operations plan to ensure you can deliver the projected level of activity. • Personnel and training plan to ensure you have the right people and skills to deliver your plan. • Development plan to make sure everything is in place to deliver your business plan.
Working together • I can work with you on whatever agreed basis suits your needs and resources. • I can help you develop your plans and you implement them yourself. • I can mentor you and/or your team to help you achieve your plan.
