bGiv Social Good Space Interactive | March 7 - 11 | Music | March 11 - 16 What is Social Good? - A good or service that benefits the largest number of people in the largest possible way. What is Conscious Capitalism? Conscious Business creates value for customers, team members, suppliers, investors, and the community and environment alike. This creates a continuous feedback loop which evolves the business towards the social goal. It creates a Conscious Culture of happy team members, satisfied investors, and loyal communities, giving Conscious Businesses a competitive edge. What is a Social Entrepreneur? WHAT We Deliver New wave of entrepreneurs that recognize the power of social entrepreneurship to innovate while achieving social good. A more transcendent purpose than mere profit energizes a businesses stakeholders.

bGiv Social Good Space Interactive | March 7 - 11 | Music | March 11 - 16 Conscious Businesses Build Better Long Term Value: ● ● ● ● WHO We Serve Across constituencies by reinvesting in their communities Supporting philanthropy and other projects which Help solve social problems Breed goodwill and loyalty to their brands and mission Conscious Capitalism Blurs the Line: WHY We Do It WHAT We Deliver ● ● ● Between NGO’s and standard ‘business firms’ Too often NGO’s and businesses are viewed as opposites: One operating on altruism and social good, the other on selfishness and greed. By Design is the New Paradigm: A Conscious Business is competitive precisely because it adheres closely to a social mission – not short-term, selfish thinking.

bGiv Social Good Space Interactive | March 7 - 11 | Music | March 11 - 16 Our Aim - to create an environment by design, that integrates entrepreneurs, NGO’s, artists, scientists and sponsors in order to educate, innovate and activate socially conscious thinking and interactions. Last Year (2013) - The Uee Foundation, launched the bGiv Social Good Space as a way to raise money for a local family’s food truck business. With the support of Hootsuite, Tech Hustlers, Pepsi Co., Dos Equis, The Economist and .Co -we launched a series of underground events that focused on core challenges across social, payments, publishing, music and technology industries This Year (2014) - This year we are focused on fewer, bigger better by partnering with non-profits, start-ups and sponsors that are collaborating in innovative and new ways that expand into the social good space within and between interactive, tech, fashion and music industries.

bGiv Social Good Space Interactive | March 7 - 11 | Music | March 11 - 16 Hosted by the #bGiv and The U-ee Foundation 501c3. #bGiv mission is to cut 1/5 of the world's surplus. Buy. Giv. Simultaneously. We take donated surplus inventory and monetizing it for charity by selling it at retail value. 100% of the purchase going to the charity of the buyer’s choice. bGiv is under the guidance of the U-ee Foundation. #bGiv is pioneering a new approach to the power of giving. It is designed to be the most innovative brand image accountability platform, a charity navigator for brands. bGiv combines the collective buying momentum of Groupon with a charitable Ebay auction environment, paired with a PayPal platform that tracks the efficiency of giving among brands, individuals and charities. The U-ee Foundation takes giving to a new level – as it uniquely integrates individuals, philanthropy and consumer brands with a new level of clarity, accountability and efficiency. The U-ee Foundation mission is to unify, edify and educate — bringing brands and individuals together with charitable causes — to create new value in giving with a focus on finance and entertainment through technology.
