The goal is to fully implement SW-PBS during the 2014-2015 school year. SW-PBS is associated with a significant reduction in Office Discipline Referrals (ODRs) and a reduction in suspensions, and expulsions (PBIS, 2013). Future Implications: Future Implications Training School Counselors and administrators will need extensive time to learn the SWIS program. Behavior data analysis available regarding student discipline and office referrals. SWIS can integrate with the district’s current student information data base. Data from multiple schools can be downloaded into a single file to be manipulated or uploaded by district personnel.
