Superior will: Source and evaluate resumes for skills/experience and job requirements Obtain candidate’s permission to submit resume Verify educational degrees Verify qualifications/skills based on work experience Conduct phone or personal interview Obtain a list of work references Obtain compensation requirements and availability Coordinate required background checks (criminal, credit, driving record) and/or drug screenings, with actual screening costs billed as pass-through expenses Verify dates of employment and positions held for prior work experience Check work references and prepare summaries on each reference Coordinate interviews between candidates and customers Present offers and coordinate negotiations Direct Placement Guarantee If a candidate resigns or is otherwise terminated for any reason (except layoff, reorganization, or reduction of staff) within 90 days from the date of hire, Superior will use its best efforts to find a suitable replacement candidate.
