Off-Campus Work Opportunities : Off-Campus Work Opportunities There are 3 main types of work permits: Co-op/Internship/Field Placement work permit - For students with a required co-op, internship or field placement Off-Campus work permit- For students studying full time in Canada for at least 6 of the last 12 months Good academic standing Up to 20 hours/ week during studies and 40 hours/week during holidays Post Graduation work permit - After graduation from a Humber program (at least 8 months long) Students who have graduated from a program of less than 2 years will be issued a permit of up to 1 year Students who have graduated from a 2+ year program are eligible for a 3 year permit. Applications are sent in the International Welcome Package Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships : Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships Humber offers Scholarships for entrance into any of our 4-year Bachelor’s Degrees. These academic scholarships are awarded at the time of offer based on the following grade point average: 75-79.9% - $1,500 (one time) 80-84.9% - $1,500 (renewable)* 85-89.9% - $2,000 (renewable)* 90% or above - $4,500 (renewable)* * Renewable scholarships will be re-issued if the student achieves 80% or above in each year of the Bachelor’s degree.
