Tampak soliosis thoracalis ke kiri dan syringomyelia yang tidak begitu panjang di daerah thorakal dengan extensinya dari level th 7 yang kemudian tampak menyempit sampai level corpus th 9 dengan diameter syrinx maximal + 10 mm di daerah thorakal selain itu tak terlihat sol intrameduller atau tanda2 myelopathy lainnya,akan tetapi terlihat spondyloarthrosis dan degenerasi discus diffus baik thorakal maupun cervical yang tanpa diserai dengan protrusi discus ke intraspinal
