You can assign it to a Website you’vecreated, a Profile, or your entire account (global).Now, save your template.

STEP 4 continuedNext, head to Reports > Wizard to create your report.The first step is to add settings for your new report. In the ReportDetails section, give your report a name and choose a brandtemplate, if you created one in the previous step. Check the“Schedule” box to create a scheduled report. Set the desired reportfrequency and date range.Next, check the box to have the report automatically emailed.Add a single email addresses or multiple addresses separated bycommas. Choose whether to email the report as a PDF or as atrackable download link (see right for more details).Now it’s time to build your report. Click the “Next: Build yourreport” button.Here is where you add the elements important to this report. Onthe left under Report Options, you find links to the many toolsin Raven. Click on the name of the tool you want to add andcustomize the information in the module. You can add multiplemodules for the same tool and adjust each to report on multiplesets of data from that tool.Save and close, and your report is now set up and scheduled.

STEP 5Add Events to TrackRaven created the Event Manger to see quickly the impact ofonline and offline marketing event, e.g. product launches or adcampaigns, on your social media campaign. The Event Mangeris integrated with several Raven tools, such as Twitter metricsand Facebook Insights, so you can see events plotted with actualmetrics.Using the Event Manger is simple. Go to Site > Events. Click the“Add Event” button on the right side of your screen. You’ll be ableto apply your event to the Website you are working on or to yourentire Profile.To get started, add an Event called “Started Using Raven.” (Youcan delete this later.)Event details will show up in other Raven tools; you can toggle theevent view on and off. You can also choose whether to show eventinformation in reports that you build.

STEP 6Connect YourYouTube AccountWith Raven, you can connect your YouTube account to viewperformance metrics for your channel and advanced tracking forup to 10 videos of your choosing. Not only does Raven track views,likes, and comments, you can easily create white-labeled PDFreports on the data.Head over to Raven’s YouTube tool in the Social section and clickthe “Add YouTube Account” button. Just like when you set upyour Twitter account, you’ll be redirected to YouTube to authorizeRaven to access your account. Click the “Allow Access” button.It could take up to three days to pull in metrics data from YouTube(a limitation of YouTube’s API), but you’ll be able to choose which10 videos in your account you’d like to receive more detailedinformation about. For each video you want to track this detailbehind, click the “Monitor” link in the Videos Table.
