Social media tools for training: Facebook & Google+
Session overview • Set up a Facebook account and a Google+ page • Understand the different uses of Groups/Communities (closed) and Pages (open) for training and marketing • Connect and engage learners and potential learners • Create a community around your business by integrated with marketing promote other content you create, including webinars, blog articles, or other resources • Measure and analyse your Facebook’s presence performance • Create posts (photos, videos, links, your businesses existing social media content) • Help users to share your posts with your learners, and • Support learners to participate in activities through Google+.
