At Lasseter we can assist you by providing you with the trained and experienced resources to manage and administer your fund relieving you of most of the work required. • How much do I need in super to make the fund viable? We would recommend around $200,000 depending on the administration and compliance fees charged. At Lasseter we have a fixed price pay by the month solution so you know in advance how much everything will cost. • Will the other members be suitable co-investors? Traditionally your co-investors will be your family and in most cases your partner. At Lasseter we are able to create separate investment strategies for each member to suit their unique investment requirements.
