2. LISTEN MORE THAN YOU TALK Nobody learned anything by hearing themselves speak. Hire great talent, give them the tools to succeed, and get out of the way. treat them well enough so they don't want to. THREE STEPS TO SUCCESS TRAIN PEOPLE WELL ENOUGH SO THEY CAN LEAVE SMARTER ENTREPRENEUR

3. SMARTER ENTREPRENEUR WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING Jot down your ideas on your notebook without restraint. There are no rights or wrongs yet at this stage, and it's a good thinking exercise, as well. Go out for a walk, visit the museum, or interact with strangers – anything that gets you out of your comfortable room. The best kind of inspiration for stories comes from real life. When you already have a topic for your story in mind, it is mandatory to familiarise yourself with everything about that topic. The more you know, the more ideas can come. GO OUT AND LOOK FOR INSPIRATION DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH

4. SMARTER ENTREPRENEUR ONLY BY BEING BOLD THAT YOU GET ANYWHERE. If you are a risk-taker, then the art is to protect the downside. It's done on gut feeling especially if I can see that they are taking the mickey out of the consumer. One thing is certain in business. You and everyone around you will make mistakes. NEVER GET THE ACCOUNTANTS IN BEFORE START UP A BUSINESS. DON' T LEARN TO WALK BY FOLLOWING RULES.

5. SMARTER ENTREPRENEUR FOLLOW YOUR PASSIONS In a way that serves the world and you. As soon as something stops being fun, I think it’s time to move on. Life is too short to be unhappy. More than any other element, fun is the secret of Virgin's success. But with extreme wealth comes extreme responsibility. And the responsibility for me is to invest in creating new businesses, create jobs, employ people. FUN IS AT THE CORE OF THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS FOR A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR IT CAN MEAN EXTREME WEALTH
