The 'SMART' acronym is a staple in almost all organisations. I use this preso to teach the letters to people for use in my creativity seminars.

S = Specific.
M = Measureable
A = Achievable
R = Recorded
T = Time-Based

Enjoy! Feel free to use these for your own seminars or meetings.
