Pros Simple and fast upgrade Best for smaller or non-production environments Cons Environment offline during upgrade Riskier in large environments Upgrade fails if it encounters errors; -fix then rerun Not recommended for most deployments Even for customers whose production environment is perfect for this scenario, I still recommend gradual method.
