When logging on users will receive a New Password prompt when: •User is logging onto the system for the first time •When password has been reset NEW USER PROMPT

COMMAND FIELD: Direct entry to transactions by typing transaction code MENU BAR: Top Line of any primary window in the SAP System. Menu depends on application. STANDARD TOOLBAR: Contains standard pushbuttons in the SAP System TITLE BAR: Names the function being accessed. APPLICATION TOOLBAR: Shows pushbuttons that are available in a particular application. SCREEN ELEMENTS SUMMARY
CHECKBOXES: Checkboxes allow selection of several options from a group of fields. RADIO BUTTONS: Radio Buttons only allow selection of a single option. ROLE BASED USER MENU Menu structured according to Roles assigned to the User
USING FAVORITES Favourites Menu allows users to add functions from SAP Menu to Personal Favourites Favourites List
Command Field Command Field From SAP Menu enter transaction code to call a transaction e.g. FS00 /n to cancel current transaction /n#### to call a transaction directly from another transaction /o to get an over view of sessions /o #### to call another transaction in a new session. /nend ends logon session with dialog box /nex ends logon session without dialog box /i to delete session being currently used
