It was a delicious recipe without all the harmful results of frying. Bread crumbs are used. I have looked, but in vain for bread crumbs that were just solid goodness with wholesome ingredients. Black peeper should not be used because it is an irritant to the sensitive nerves and stomach. So the only next best thing to do is to make your own bread crumbs. You can make your own bread or you could simply buy the best bread with good ingredients and put one to two slices in your blender dry and your bread crumbs are perfect. Make 3 to 4 cups of bread crumbs Next:   1 ½ teaspoons of garlic powder--- or to taste 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powder--- or to taste 1 teaspoon of sea salt--- or to taste ½ cup of nutritional yeast flakes--- or to taste ¾ cup of cashews 1 ½ cup to 2 cups of water 2 Tablespoons of Herbal Seasoning Full recipe not disclosed.     Crispy Chicken PowerPoint Presentation: Lunch The Almond Blossom This is a favorite and can be fairly simple to make. You can but a whole wheat crust that is ready to go. Use the Creamy Tomato Sauce from the spaghetti recipe to layer it with sauce. The Kosher gel may give you a harder more firmer cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
