Official Development Assistance $5.0 billion committed in Madrid in Oct. 2003 $105 million added to support Int’l Compact w/ Iraq Debt Relief  $6.0 billion debt cancellation (80% of total $7.6 billion) SDF’s humanitarian rehabilitation activities:  SDF’s humanitarian rehabilitation activities in Muthanna Gov.; Water Purification and Supply Medical Support Rehabilitation of Public Facilities 36 schools rehabilitation 31 location of roads reconstruction 66 other public facilities such as primary health centers, water purification plants, rehab of fence of Ulk remains, etc. $200 Million Grant ODA was injected in pararell for Humanitarian: e.g. water supply truck, medicine, etc. Water equip., medical equip., garbage collection facil., school rehab., IREP (job creation) Electric Generation (under const.) Roads in Rumaythah City newly paved and rehabilitated by SDF and ODA Al Joran Elem.
