Runaway Slaves Starter Activity Read through the following sources and use them to answer these questions. a. Physical - What sort of disabilities do these slaves have, and what may have caused them? b. Mental - What evidence here suggests that slaves maintained a sense of dignity? c. Why might these adverts be misleading about the lives of slaves in the Americas?
