Lack of employee relations Advantages vs. Disadvantages  Human resources helps bridge communication gaps between company management and employees .  Investment into HRM’s can be justified for larger companies and beneficial.  Costs for Human Resource can be high and difficult for small companies to cover.  Human resources management relieves managers and owners of the stress of finding qualified employees  The advantage to having HR is greater for large businesses with several employees. due to insufficient HR can cause employees to reconsider joining your company.
