Investment into HRM’s can be justified for larger companies and beneficial. Costs for Human Resource can be high and difficult for small companies to cover. Human resources management relieves managers and owners of the stress of finding qualified employees The advantage to having HR is greater for large businesses with several employees. due to insufficient HR can cause employees to reconsider joining your company.
