In job interviews, lose the script and have a conversation! OVER TIME: 1. Staple yourself to a resume (not literally ouch!) 2. Try a side channel to your ATS process, especially for communication roles 3. Start every job interview with the applicant s questions 4. Create a Talent Community and don t post so many job ads, and 5. Think of yourself as a marketer because you are one!
