You want a system that captures potential employee details, by location. That way in 6 months, when you are looking for a sales person in Orange NSW, you will be able to access potential candidates in that location with the push of a button
The importance of a Parsing Engine The power of accurate data should not be dismissed. It is the most important aspect of a recruitment database. If you have a database with 1,000 candidates with an accuracy rate of 90%, your database is worthless and you should discard it out and start again.
