MED I CAL ANSWER I NG Tele-Sure answers calls, provides efficiencies for your practice and it’s affordable When your office is closed simply call forward your main number to an 800 number associated with the greeting we design for your practice Voice Mail IVR Greeting - thank you for calling ( your practice name ) if this is a medical emergency, please hang up and dial 911 our office is currently closed please choose from the following menu Daytime IVR greeting/menu for lunch breaks and office meeting Nighttime IVR greeting/menu for after hours The menu routes the caller to leave a message Non Urgent Messages are routed to an extension/voicemail internal to the practice or to voice mail boxes provided by Telesure Urgent messages are routed according to the on call list provided by the practice Calls are tracked, recorded and archived for enhanced risk management 100% accurate, cost effective, fully redundant and HIPAA compliant
