PMP® Eligibility Requirements Educational Background Project Management Experience PM Education Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent) Minimum five years/60 months unique nonoverlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project* 35 contact hours Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) Minimum three years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project* 35 contact hours

PMP® Examination Fee Policy – as of Dec’13 Refund • Written request to PMI at least 30 days before exam eligibility expiration date • PMI will retain $100 processing fee, if candidate not yet scheduled or taken exam • Candidate can receive refund, less a $100, in case of failure to meet audit requirements No Refund • One year eligibility expired and candidate has not scheduled the examination • Candidate scheduled examination and did not take it, without any intimation to PMI or Testing administration Partner Visit www.pmi.org for latest information

PMI Audit Process • All applications are subject to an audit • Only a percentage of applications are selected for audit • The selection of an application for audit is random • In case of an audit, applicant will be asked to submit supporting documentation such as: • Copies of diploma/global equivalent • Signatures from supervisor(s) or manager(s) from the project(s) recorded in the experience verification section of the application • Copies of certificates and/or letters from the training institute(s) for each course recorded on the application to meet the required contact hours of project management education
