Section A – Dare to Dream Let your mind wander and place yourself in your desired situation. Identify all that you would love to achieve with your running. This will give you ideas for setting your goals.

Section C - Evaluate Your Running Evaluate your current life and running situation. This will indicate what might be possible to achieve.

Section D - Smart Goal Setting  Specific Measurable  Action-oriented  Realistic  Time-constrained

Section E - Plan Your Runs Define how you will get from where you are to where you want to be. Develop your personal running plan.

Section F - Log those Runs Capture your daily runs and activities. Monitoring your progress towards your goals will motivate you and allow you to make the necessary adjustments to your plan to meet your goals.

Section G - Achieve Your Goals Use powerful goal achievement techniques such as affirmation, visualization and positive self-talk.
