Earlier this year, first grade students at Stockbridge Valley CSD in Munnsville, NY listened to the story "Seven Blind Mice" by Ed Young during Library. Students then used the NYC IFC Assessment "Picturing the Main Idea of the Story" (1.5) to show what the story was about. Here are a few examples of their work.
