Why is it that as individuals, we’re afraid to be fully present in a moment?
We are wise to remember that being quiet can be powerful.
This noise, it seems, has become both stimulating and strangely comfortable.
Due to the uninterrupted noise there is a visible cultural shift away from social clamor and towards personal solace.
With a recommitment to creating silent spaces, the personal, positive self will become more important.
Individuals joined in silence will build a quiet social legacy.
Zen-like trends are influencing culture.
What we wear and what we construct as shelter can be one in the same.
One can experience calm and inner peace just by getting dressed in the morning.
Getting together after work will mean having after work silence.
When individuals learn to be quiet, they can learn to trust.
People need uninterrupted time to explore new ideas.
The decisive moment, a transitory moment, an element of ambiguity, uncertainty, and even contradiction.
We have given too much time to being busy.
Solitude improves concentration and increases productivity.
Solitude, even briefly while walking, gives you an opportunity to discover yourself and find your voice.
Solitude allows you to reboot your brain and unwind.
Solitude helps you work through problems more effectively.
Intentional silence is one of the most powerful ways to awaken happiness in our lives.
