PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL SENSOR Pulse cleaning can be controlled by a timer or differential sensor. Pressure Differential Sensor senses the difference between “dirty air” side above the cartridge verses the “clean air” side of the cartridge to “know” when cartridges need cleaning. 12

FAN ASSEMBLY Fan Assembly pulls air up through the annulus and in through the cartridges so only clean air travels through the fan assembly. 14

DAMPER The damper regulates flow through the collector, adjusting the damper increases or reduces the air flow to provide optimal dust control by the SCDLS. 16
OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE Defined as: minimal dust is pulled into the cartridge while no dust escapes into the atmosphere -and capturing the dust but not capturing the product. If loading low density, small particles, shutting the damper reduces the potential to pull too much air through the cartridge, capturing the product. 17

PULLEY SYSTEM Single wrap radius ensures consistent pull between all three pulleys for even raising and lowering of the spout. 20

ROTARY LIMIT SWITCH Chain drives RLS Stops the motor/reducer when the chute is either fully retracted or fully extended, limits the up and down travel. 22

ROTARY LIMIT SWITCH First, loosen the set screw. Second, adjust the up travel (with the left) or down travel (with the right) until it clicks. “Set Screw” 24 Last, retighten the set screw.
