Characteristics of the target audience •Stared by Mizanur Rahman Kiron in 2008 , later joined by Valerie Taylor of CRP-Bangladesh •Now organized into 8 branches throughout the country including leading universities. The PDF network also includes Bangla and English Medium schools. •Total 2,600+ volunteers •A well-known community service organization in Bangladesh

PLAN to realize the dream of a better Bangladesh IMPLEMENT your plans to be the change we seek EARN honor, respect, recognition and above all- satisfaction Over a period of 45 days from the workshop, 15 teams with 10 people each will compete to bring positive change to our society Last year over 1000 physically-challenged or underprivileged people benefited directly from Summer Challenge This year Summer Challenge will be back from the mid of July 2014

Level 1: Conception and Planning (1 day) Level 2: Registration (5 days) Each team makes a plan of their new project or can choose from previous project plans. Goal setting Presentation to the group • Groups expand with new members • First meetings are held • Group photo and facebook updates SUMMER CHALLENGE PLAN
Level 3: Fuel Gathering(15 days) Level 4:Implementation (24 days) • Teams construct detailed plans and budgets to meet their objectives goals. • Fundraising from friends, families and institutions. • Modify detailed project plan in accordance with budget. • Submit plan to PDF • Carry out plan and enlist others to help SUMMER CHALLENGE PLAN
Level 5: Commencement (Grand final) • Stage 1 Presentations • Stage 2 Final presentations and demonstrations • Prize giving ceremony – 5 teams awarded in different aspects of service SUMMER CHALLENGE PLAN
PDF SUMMER CHALLENGE ‘s GOALS FOR 2014 To reach 1 lack people with road safety massage through social media and directly by the teams activities Raised youth voice to create pressure on policy maker to insure safety on road Gather citizens (youths from all sectors) to sensitize about UN decade on road safety 2011-2020 Mobilize the youth to voluntary regarding road safety issue Ultimately we will bring out some innovative ideas for the road safety farther action in Bangladesh
