Slightly out of date but good for beginning Pi users.

DSI connector is on board on the RPI. Some graphical LCD/OLED displays might be attached to it. JTAGprogrammer for Xilinx CPLDs/FPGAs, C2programmer for SiLabs C8051F The LEDs have the following meanings : ACT – D5 (Green) – SD Card Access PWR – D6 (Red) – 3.3 V Power is present FDX – D7 (Green) – Full Duplex (LAN) connected LNK – D8(Green) – Link/Activity (LAN) 100 – D9(Yellow) – 100Mbit (LAN) connected

BTW: The Pi works with Kantronics KPC3+ too using Minicom for Packet

Change the keyboard to US startx

BASIC Raspbian (Wheezy) Linux Commands sudo su sudo raspi-config startx apt-get install synaptic apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get disti-upgrade ls lsusb alsamixer, alsaplayer chmod halt, reboot, reload nano sudo raspi-config apt-get check apt-get –f install apt-get autoclean apt-get autoremove cd dpkg, wget, man apt-get If you mess up, then reboot, and hit shift key and reinstall Rasbian (Wheezy)
