Eating Healthy Foods! The foods that we eat on a regular basis can effect the way that we age. By limiting the amount of fast food and unhealthy snacks, our skin will thank us. Try to incorporate foods that are rich in antioxidants such as spinach, kale and dark leafy greens. Such antioxidants help increase cellular regeneration keeping the skin firm and wrinkle free. Also include fatty acids into an everyday diet - flax seed and fatty fish. They help the skin function properly and aid in tissue repair. Healthy food is great for your skin and your body! ! ! ! !

Water Consumption! Water help keep your skin looking good. Becoming dehydrated allows your skin to look more dry and wrinkled. Consuming a recommended amount of 8 glasses of water per day can help improve your skin making it look plump and moist. Skin lotions may be a short term solutions, but drinking water keeps your skin moisturized and reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
