THE PRINCIPAL’S TRAINING CENTER COMPANY BACKGROUND The Principal’s Training Center for International School Leadership (PTC) was founded in 1989 to meet the professional development needs of International school leaders, administrators, teachers, counselors and others involved in in international schools. CASE STUDY RESULTS According to Worth, PTC is now saving considerable time to setup and launch the registrations and catalogs for the new programs. Visit us online: OR Call Us at 888-695-9310 SITUATION PTC needed an easy-to-use online registration management system that would allow it to readily track student data, simplify payment and collections, and create management reports for better management of their numerous training programs and events they hold each year onsite in Miami, Floridaand London, United Kingdom. According to Gary Worth, Operations Manager at PTC, the decision to adopt MyloTEAM TM (Training & Events Administration and Management) from Mylo Solutions, Inc. as the Training Management platform was reached after six months of researching all available products. SOLUTION In order to ensure a successful implementation, Worth and his team collaborated closely with the Client Services team at Mylo. Together, Mylo and PTC first put in place a prototype of their process within “Out-of-the-box” implementation. Once that was completed the PTC Team reviewed it and a number of small customizations were made in order to accommodate their unique requirements for accommodations reservations in London and Miami, the sites for PTC’s programs. “Our complex training programs required Mylo to customize the standard process, which required extensive review and testing to make sure we got it just right,” said Bambi Betts, President of PTC. “Mylo’s collaboration and responsiveness to create our unique solution was the key to our success in adopting their Cloud-based system. Though the platform was implemented in one big bang, there have been substantial modifications and improvements made along the way,” added Betts.
