This year, the university is especially pleased to celebrate 2007-08 as MSU's Year of Arts and Culture. THIS INITIATIVE comprises a year of activities wrapping around all arts and culture units and academic programs. Highlights will include milestone anniversaries of the MSU Museum, Wharton Center for Performing Arts, and the Department of Theater, the expansion and move of Kresge Art Museum, the opening of the new Residential College for the Arts and Humanities, and much more. Kids will spend four mornings discovering where fossils can be found in Michigan, what Michigan was like millions of years ago, and why there are no dinosaurs in Michigan. Cost $75.
