PROTEST THE HERO? Canadian progressive metal band Good ol’ Ontario boys from Whitby Would you believe they used to be called Happy Go Lucky? Became Protest the Hero shortly after forming in 2001 Originally signed to Vagrant Records, now an indie band.

THE AUDIENCE “We’re not trying to change the world. We’re just trying to make music for people who want to hear it.” That is the mentality Protest the Hero has with their fans. They have undoubtedly found their fans and anyone who isn’t a fan usually becomes one.
