isfm does: ISFM helps organisations in the sports and leisure industries understand their assets and manage them better through a number of proceses it has been using and improving over 20 years. the key is understanding that sport industry has unique properties and that nothing can be done without extensive consultation. emotion is part of almost every project we are involved in. dramaticaly better results can be achieved when the unique elements are brought togheterh. as important as the intangible are, all sports and clubs and governmental bodies involved in sports and active living need to know and manage the boring stuff: know exactly what the assets are, manage them well, maintain them, use them appropriately, and monetise where appropriate and at the right levels, and don’t forget your customer. sports will always be about brilliance on the field, and we don’t do that (any more). we simply seek to enable organisations to focus on that, and not on the boring stuff. thanks to our founder Graeme Watson’s experience, we have been doing this for 20 years and have worked in every state in Australia, and NZ and Asia and for virtually every major sporting body and many Clubs and government bodies. peter holmes a court acquired the business in 2007 and Chris Green became CEO in 2008. ©11/09 www.isfm.com.au
