Proper Etiquette Use a Pleasant Tone of Voice Practice Discretion Be Respectful Ask for Permission
Speaking on the Phone Speak clearly and succinctly Keep track of the time Do not rush, but do not talk longer than necessary Say what you need to say
Ending the Call End the call respecting the other caller (As the caller) If no one answered, leave a concise voicemail (Being called) If unable to answer, return call ASAP
